When Eye Land
We worked closely with artist Star Feliz on the design and production of their debut monograph, "When Eye Land". The book explores their Dominican heritage and the recorded history of DR. For decades, continuing into the late 20th century, the nation was buffeted by waves of political strongmen, pretenders, popular uprisings, and American meddling. Like its author, the subject is a land of shifting identities.
